Disable Java Sponsor software for upgrade and install

If you are like me, not wanting any unnecessary tool bars or programs. I can advice you to change this little nifty option in Java. With this setting, Java will not install sponsor software during an update.

Java Advanced settings
  

 All you have to do is:
1. Right click Java update icon and press "Settings"
2. Select advanced tab
3. Scroll to the button and check off "Suppress Sponsor offers when installing or upgrading java"

Fixing Error 25541. Failed to open XML file

Fixing Error 25541. I had to install Compact 4.0 on a client computer today. However, i got the error below: Error 25541. Failed to open XML file C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\machine.config, system error: -2147024786 Setup failed. Rolling back  This was a huge pain in the a**, but the solution was very simple.
